So I just opened my 3 Day Refresh package today to do a little reading before I get started on Monday. I know a lot of you have been asking questions about it so I just wanted to write a quick post to outline what you would be doing for the 3 days. I will also be detailing my 3 days with photos so look forward to those! 🙂
WHAT IS THE 3 DAY REFRESH:
The 3-Day Refresh consists of three daily shakes, a fiber drink, plenty of filtered water, plus a wide array of fresh fruits, vegetables and healthy fats throughout the day to keep your energy and metabolism going.
Though the meal plan is simple it offers many alternatives, including some creative ways to prepare your meals, so you’ll see that you can actually enjoy eating healthy food without having to season it in ways that can damage your health and undermine your weight-loss goals.
WHAT YOU EAT AND DRINK DURING THE PROGRAM:
1. Wake-up: Drink 8-12 ounces of filtered water
2. Breakfast: Shakeology PLUS 1 fruit option
3. Morning tea if you choose
4. Mid Morning Fiber Sweep drink
5. Lunch: Vanilla Fresh shake PLUS 1 fruit, 1 vegetable AND 1 healthy fat
6: Afternoon Snack: 1 fruit, vegetable or juice option
7: Afternoon tea if you choose
8: Dinner: Vanilla Fresh shake PLUS one meal from the dinner recipes list, which all look delicious.
I knew that you got to eat food while doing the cleanse but I am pleasantly surprised by how many choices you have and how yummy the meals look! I was really worried that I would still be hungry during the program but with all those choices I know that won’t be the case.
