SIMPLE, baked, homemade chicken nuggets

My daughter loves to eat veggies, salad, fruit but let’s be honest…what kid DOESN’T love chicken nuggets?  I’m definitely proud to say she has never had one of those things they call chicken from the freezer department at the grocery store so I make these at home and they are AWESOME.  My husband loves chicken nugget night too.


Chicken tenderloins

Olive Oil

Panko breadcrumbs


Cut tenderloins into desired size pieces and place into bowl

Drizzle with olive oil until each chicken piece has a decent coating

Dump panko crumbs into bowl and shake, shake, shake until all chicken is covered in crumbs

Bake in oven at 400 degrees until chicken is cooked through and breakcrumbs start to turn a nice golden brown.

Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce….we like honey mustard!!-
